WHEN DO I NEED A PERMIT?

Applications must be submitted in person NO later than 3pm daily
Plan for at least 60 minutes in the office when turning in an application.
These Forms may be printed and submitted.

2006 International Building Code is in effect

First, download the master permit application (below):

Then, select and print the appropriate supplement application for your project. Submit both the master application and the supplement (list below) to the building department for review:

      One and Two Family Dwelling and Attached Accessory Structures
      Manufactured Home Application
      Detached Residential Accessory Structures <3000 sq ft
