HOURS PERMITS ARE ACCEPTED
WHIDBEY ISLAND - MAIN OFFICE: Mon - Thurs 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
CAMANO ISLAND ANNEX: Mon - Thurs    
8:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Applications must be submitted in person, by appointment (Monday - Thursday) (click for details)

Plan for at least 60 minutes in the office when turning in an application.
All documents on this web site may be printed, filled-out, and submitted.

A property owner may authorize an agent to submit applications and obtain permits on their behalf by first filling out an APPLICANT AUTHORIZATION FORM.
